1. Preparation:
To begin, artists need to prepare a canvas and wires. Using B-7000 adhesive, they fix the wires along pre-planned lines on the canvas. After the adhesive dries, small pieces of wood are used to straighten the wires, eProduct linknsuring a smooth surface.

2. Shaping and Trimming the Wires:
Next, artists use tweezers and manual skills to shape the wires into various forms and curves, conforming to design requirements. Then, scissors are used to vertically trim the wires, ensuring tight connections and avoiding gaps between them.

3. Filling with Enamel or Glaze:
Once the wirework is complete, artists use a mixture of temporary fixing glue and water to combine with washed enamel or glaze, then fill it within the enclosed wire areas. Careful attention is paid to ensure uniform color filling.

4. Applying a Protective Layer:
After filling with enamel or glaze, when the surface is semi-dry, a laminating glue is sprayed onto the surface using a spray bottle to create a sturdy protective layer. This step can be repeated 2-3 times to enhance the strength and durability of the artwork.

5. Completion:
Finally, the finished cloisonné piece is placed on a clean, flat surface and left to dry and set for 18-36 hours. Once completed, the cloisonné artwork will reveal its captivating beauty.
