Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest, but you must enter your email address during checkout so we can contact you.

What if I enter the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in a timely manner. During holidays and sales seasons, processing time may be extended.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order date and shipped the next day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
