You can request a returns from us within 30 days after your order is shown as delivered.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us at support@ersenn.com to indicate that you would like to return the item and we will provide you with a return address.
What if the item has been used?
All returned items must be in perfect resaleable condition as we do not resell opened products. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is deemed unsuitable for resale.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been inspected and processed (usually within 48 business hours of receipt), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
All return shipping and other incidental charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order is lost?
If the item is shipped to the wrong address, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective, we will refund or resend it to you.
What if I don't want it anymore?
We accept cancellations before the order is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 2 days. Sorry, we are unable to cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
