Temporary Fixing Glue is a crucial tool for your Cloisonné artwork creation. Its primary purpose is to temporarily secure the Cloisonné powders in place during your creative process, while still allowing for adjustments.
To use this glue, mix it with water at a ratio of 1:3, and then incorporate it into your Cloisonné powders. This mixture will create a temporary adhesive property, keeping your powders in place, yet malleable for any desired changes. If you need to adjust certain parts of your design, simply spray some water on the areas that have been solidified by the Temporary Fixing Glue, and you can continue with your artwork or make modifications.
Please note that this glue provides only temporary stability and is not meant for the final fixation of your artwork. After the completion of your artwork, you will need to apply Laminating Glue for final fixation.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is generally 7 to 12 working days, and order preparation time is about 2~4 working days.
* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions and other external factors. For orders containing pre-ordered or/and customized items, delivery time will be longer than usual. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Wrong Shipping Address Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping address during the checkout process. If changes are required, please notify us immediately before shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the address after the order has been shipped.
We cannot provide a refund or replacement if the delivery fails or the package is returned or sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer (please note that if the package is overseas, the returned package will be destroyed and cannot be sent back to our warehouse).
Where can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and you can check the shipping status on our website.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is lost in transit, we will re-ship it or refund you.
My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it yet. Can you re-ship it?
If the postman marks the package as delivered, we cannot provide a replacement or refund due to theft at your residence. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the postman.
Are the estimated shipping and transit times guaranteed?
No, the transit times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do I need to pay duties and customs fees when ordering?
Pricing includes all duties, taxes and fees.
